GeoJSON and KML open directly in QGIS, ArcGIS and Google Earth. Keep the outline file beside your study area file to build a location map.

Every coordinate is WGS 84. Areas and distances use the WGS 84 ellipsoid with a local correction, which is suitable for planning and reporting. For legal or cadastral work, use a surveyed value. Field data recorded on the Minna datum must be converted before it is typed in or imported.
